I swicht the dll in the php.ini on (XAMPP \ php \ ext \ php_pspell.dll).
Then i installed the Aspell Library –> http://aspell.net/win32/

you might want to make sure you have pspell enabled on your php. not sure if xampp enables it by default. if not you can try using the google service option with jquery-spellchecker (it can use either or)

Wow, great work!
Could it be that it under “localhost” (XAMPP), does not work?

And what about this link here:

Should I create a separate folder?

On the jquery-spellchecker website there is an example integration spell checking with MarkItUp Editor as well. http://spellchecker.jquery.badsyntax.co.uk/markitup.html
