In the past few years I have been lucky enough to be involved with some of the largest sites in the world, from Citigroup.com to VegasHotels.travel. A few of my larger accomplishments follow:

Citigroup.com – During my stay at Citigroup Web Services I programmed several internal departmental sites as well as a custom javascript XML parser for the Citigroup home site search engine.(just search for “bird” in the search on the home page, and a sponsored link appears on the results page)

VegasHotels.travel – At Intellistrand I optimized and reworked the application layer which run nearly 200 city accommodation sites (vegashotels.travel, bostonhotels.travel, chicagohotels.travel, etc) cutting the average load time in half!

Mobipages.mobi – My first fully devoted mobile site. This site allows you to quickly search anywhere to find anything, and call!(This site was also developed at Intellistrand)

aedCFCaedCFC is my largest Open Source project to date. This component allows you to quickly (within a couple minutes) create an add/edit/delete for a database table to manage websites. It is not intended to be a CMS, but a tool to quickly and easily build a custom CMS for any website. Complex features include event handlers, hierarchical database structures, themes, etc. As of date this project approaches 1000 downloads on RIAForge.org

aedPHPaedPHP is a merely a php replica of aedCFC. Although it was somewhat modeled after the aedCFC, I learned through the previous development a few different approaches to help scale in the future. aedPHP along with database add/edit/delete was also designed to aed the file system with the exact same look and feel. As said with aedCFC, this is very much capable of building a very advanced CMS! This project is currently not downloadable since it is still in somewhat of a beta state, however it works like a champ and you can contact me if you would like to try it out or help test.

Currently I am working on adding extra features to the aedCFC and aedPHP, as well as learning Flex(Adobe’s new alternative to Flash), and that doesn’t include what I do at work ;).
